The location was great. It was near many restaurants and the MTR. The front desk was very responsive. They cleaned the rooms everyday. They provided amenities and bottled water daily.

The toilet was very old. It needed more cleaning. This hotel has the oldest rooms I have ever experienced. The staff was the worst. The bathroom smelled.

I found the staff helpful. They were very good. I had a comfortable stay in a renovated room! The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to transport. I especially liked the hands-free charger by the bed. It was a nice touch.

The hallways had a slight cigarette odor. It was noticeable. But, it didn't affect my room!

The front desk staff was helpful. They allowed an early check-in at noon. I appreciated that detail because I had just come from the hospital. The location is so convenient to numerous shops and public transportation options. An airport bus stop is also very close by.

The hotel did not provide certain standard amenities, like water and toothbrushes, in the room.
