I found the staff helpful. They were great. I had a comfortable stay in a renovated room! The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to transport. I especially liked the hands-free charger by the bed. It was a nice touch.

The hallways had a slight cigarette odor. It was noticeable. But, it didn't affect my room!

The location is convenient. I found easy access to nearby transportation (specifically the MTR). the vending machine with toiletries in the lobby was useful.

My room was not what I expected. The bathroom had old tiles on the floor (I noticed some black grout). The hotel did not provide a toothbrush or toothpaste.

The front desk staff was helpful. They allowed an early check-in at noon. I appreciated that detail because I had just come from the hospital. The location is so convenient to numerous shops and public transportation options. An airport bus stop is also very close by.

The hotel did not provide certain standard amenities, like water and toothbrushes, in the room.

i noticed that the hotel was old. there was an absence of a toothbrush and toothpaste. the bathroom had some black stains on the grout.
